The core program at our gym is composed of a variety of training elements, such as gymnastics, plyometrics, weight lifting, and cardiovascular exercise. The constant variation formula will provide you the tools and opportunity to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. SÛDAR

SÛDAR is another option we offer at 15:10 for those who are less interested in traditional weight-training. With a focus on burning fat and building your aerobic capacity, you are certain to leave this class with a sense of accomplishment as you move toward your fitness goals. Oh, and it means "to sweat” in Spanish!


 

TEAM HOME GYM

We understand that attending group exercise classes in person, in a gym environment, might not be the ideal fit for everyone.
