Every Saturday we host a FREE “community” workout at 9AM! On the #SecondSaturday of each month, we have #WorshipandWOD, which means we have a short devotional at 8:30AM, before the workout at 9AM. Bring yourself and a friend! We would love to have you, for all, or part of #SecondSaturday.

Once you have experienced the difference at CrossFit 15:10, and decided to begin your CrossFit journey, it’s time to schedule an “ELEMENTS” class for anyone new to this style of exercise. After your “Elements” class, we invite you to choose a membership plan that will best fit you and your schedule, and join the 15:10 Family!
